C.M. Dancy Consulting (CMDC) is a nonprofit management and administrative services consulting firm that specializes in assessing needs and creating solutions within an organization’s daily operations.
CMDC partners with mission-driven organizations to help identify and address needs in the areas of program development, organizational management, and leadership development.

Chiquana M. Dancy
Chiquana M. Dancy, Founder and CEO, leads the firm with 18+ years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and fostering collaborative relationships. She holds an MA in Sports Leadership, a Duke University Nonprofit Management Certificate, and a Certified Interscholastic Coach (CIC) Certificate.
Throughout her career, Dancy has worked with different nonprofit organizations serving in various capacities and is now an instructor in the Duke University Nonprofit Management Certificate Program and Immediate Past Chair for Special Olympics NC Board of Directors. She has a strong background in sports and youth-focused organizations, serving as a director, board member, and on statewide and national committees. This level of experience has attributed to her unique perspective of collaborative, relational, and strategic leadership practices. ​
