C. M. Dancy Consulting (CMDC) is a nonprofit management and administrative services firm — specializing in program operations and management for mission-driven organizations. We collaborate with nonprofit leaders to build, restructure, and stabilize programs, so the work you’re doing reaches the people it’s meant to reach.

Background
Chiquana M. Dancy, Founder/Principal Consultant
I have spent over 19 years working inside nonprofit organizations - building programs, navigating organizational challenges, and learning firsthand what it takes for mission-driven work to actually work.
I grew up in a small town in eastern North Carolina, where I developed a passion for mission-driven and community organizations. My experiences with those local organizations continue to shape my belief in the positive impact of nonprofits and their leaders.
I founded C.M. Dancy Consulting on a simple belief: every organizational problem has a solution. Nonprofits are full of capable, committed people who want to do right by their mission and their communities, and most of them are doing it without the operational and programmatic support that would help them do it better. CMDC exists to be that support: a collaborative partner that meets organizations where they are and helps them build the programs and capacity to drive their mission forward.
